What I Do:



I specialize in coaching men during Midlife, broadly defined as ages 40 to 60. Attached to Midlife are two major transitions:

1. The transition into Midlife - Age 40 to 45

2. The transition out of Midlife into Late Adulthood - Age 60 to 65

These transitions are challenging to negotiate gracefully. Transitions by their very nature lack rules and structure. Often, old ways of being no longer work and new ways have not yet been developed.

My coaching will support you in identifing your values and goals - inner coaching- and in reaching those goals - performance coaching. More specifically, we will work together to create or improve a skillset that will include the following:

  • Strategizing
  • Problem solving
  • Appropriate risk taking
  • Timely decision making
  • Balancing life
In our meetings you will find me to be active and creative. We will practice the "Art of the Possible" together. I will encourage, support and challenge you to move forward into the possibilities. The environment will be goal-oriented yet informal and there will be times when we will have a good laugh together as we move forward in the process.
